Didn't remember the basics of our case
Her poor reputation preceded her, but she was available and we met with her for our case. She was distracted and forgot most of the facts of our case right on our very first meeting. We decided to go with someone else.

Missed deadlines, poor communication
Unfortunately Nakamura routinely missed suspenses for court documents and was very poor at returning my emails or calls.
