This attorney drafted my family trust incorrectly. Our wishes were to have my Grandmother qualify for Medicaid, after 5 years, and have the assets go to the surviving child and grandchild. The way this attorney drafted our trust, my Grandmother would not qualify for Medicaid, and all the assets would... go to a distant cousin in Japan. We paid him 5,000 for his incompetent services. We now have an inaccurate trust, that puts my family's assets at risk, the complete opposite of what we wanted. My family is looking to fix this problem, but it will require further attorney fees.
