I had the privilege of consulting with Mr. Aguibaldo, an experienced attorney. During our conversation, Mr. Aguibaldo displayed an impressive depth of knowledge and provided invaluable guidance on the matter at hand. I got a call back from this attorney and from the outset, he seemed intent on dismissing me and my interest in getting legal counsel. He spoke down to me, argued with me and essentially tried to make it as if I knew nothing about the claims (violation of privacy, harassment and slander). When he chos...e to immediately conclude that there were no damages due to slander (after saying that harmful speech is only actionable in employment if it's physically threatening or sexual harassment, which is simply not true), I decided I should just get off the phone as quickly as possible. His dismissive comments were belittling, which was wild given that he didn't seem to care that I'm law-trained and thus knew when he wasn't being complete in his opinions. Additionally, it was just completely inappropriate. If someone is calling because of an issue with employment, it's likely they're having a real hard time. This attorney had ZERO compassion or empathy and seemed more intent on telling me why I absolutely DIDN'T have a viable claim. I would've preferred he just say he couldn't take on my case rather than make me feel terrible about myself and hopeless in my situation. If you are looking for an attorney with a heart, I would avoid this one.

I reached out to Anthony in regards to a civil matter involving me and a major chain of businesses. Not knowing how to file paperwork, nor how the court process works I was at a loss. Had it not been for Anthony my case would be dismissed by now, or even worse I'd be liable for something that obvio...usly should be their liability. Anthony took more than the required time to help, and for the record was extremely understanding of my veteran status.

Had a consultation with Anthony and explained my situation. Without getting into to much detail, I was being unfairly disciplined at work for an unfounded complaint. This situation caused me to loose monetary compensation from my normal duties at work. Anthony sat there and listened attentively. He t...old me what was happening to me was unfair and that I do indeed have a case. He told me I could retain his services for $300.00 and that that was a deal he made for me which I thought was great. Fast forward 7 months later and while still I going the same situation at work, I get no word from Anthony even though I forward all paperwork and documentation of the unfair treatment. He doesn't even check in on me. I contuinally have to call and leave emails and wait days for a response back. After a brief phone discussion with Anthony, I forgo my union representation and request that Anthony start taking action on my behalf. Mind you this is a year into the unfair treatment and I have been no closer to getting the issue resolved with the employer. Anthony asks for $800.00 for the work to start taking place. Long story short, he made me feel as if I had a case which I know I did yet he took my money and did nothing for me. His advice was to lay low and take it because he seen other situations work out bad and employers found ways to get rid of employees even as far as fabrication and planting evidence. He had no courage or pride to fight for me even after taking my money. I realize that $1100 is a deal for an attorney but nothing was accomplished on my behalf. I'm not asking for money back but I do wish to warn others of this mans coward attitude, misleading information, and poor attitude towards representing his clients. I'm writing this because till this day he hasn't even checked on the status of my case. I was cleared of any wrong doing but it took 14months. Totally unacceptable and I feel so discouraged to try and fight the employer already. There were so many details left out of this story in an attempt to keep it short but in all, be warned that this man is a waste of money. You will be disappointed

Anthony was Exceptional! We hired Anthony last minute to work out a problem we were having with opening up a new business in Honolulu. He was very personable, empathetic, and a good listener! He was extremely efficient and considerate of our dead lines. He always got back to us in a timely manner and... kept us posted daily with what progress he had made. He was able to solve our problem and get through the difficult road blocks we were having. He solved our Problem! We could not have done it without him. He knows many people in the community and was able to navigate through them. He worked through bureaucracies that we couldn't! He is very reasonably priced and did not nickel and dime us. He wanted to make sure what he was doing would work before he charged!
