Discrimination Settlement

Mr. Amaguin worked with me on a discrimination case with my past employer, he was completely honest and transparent during the entire process and helped me settle everything quickly. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an attorney.

Roman Amaguin is a superb lawyer!

I'd recommend Roman to anyone looking for legal representation regarding employment law. Roman is well versed in his area of expertise and I felt confident throughout the entire legal process surrounding my pregnancy discrimination case. I contacted several lawyers before Roman, none of whom were int...erested in giving me the time of day to even listen to my story. Roman was patient, compassionate and listened to what I had to say. And that means a lot to a pregnant, first-time-mother who doesn't know which way to turn after being wrongfully terminated because of the baby growing inside her belly. His attention to detail is superb, and he truly has his client's best interest in mind. He is very prompt and transparent, keeping me up to date on each step of the process. I never felt like I was left in the dark and I was always able to get a hold of him when needed. I'm very thankful I found Roman and that he was able to assist me with my legal matter. He is an excellent lawyer. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your help during a trying time Roman.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
