DUI case

Me. Fiddler was the first person that contacted me after my DUI. He was extremely prompt and thorough in answering my questions and going over what to expect. Anytime I had more questions, he would always respond back in a timely manner. He really put my mind at ease for what was a scary situation ...being that I hadn’t been through it before. He not only got my case dismissed but another client in the same courtroom. I highly recommend him.

Best attorney on the island!!!

I got a DUI on Feb 2018. A friend suggested Noah, and immediately, he was very responsive to my text. Scheduled an appointment with me the next day. He showed me that he really cared by constantly checking up on me and ensuring that I will be alright. Went with him to my court dates three times. Poli...ce finally showed up on the third session to testify. Again, Mr. Fiddler was there to ensure me that everything will be alright. He took the time to really listen to the situation. To my surprise, Mr. Fiddler did enough to get me proven not guilty. I really appreciated him throughout the times I would feel uncertain about my case. But thankfully, Mr. Fiddler is very good at what he does. Even after the case, he would still check up. I highly recommend him. Especially those who is going through a case for their first time.

2nd time being stuck in a DUI charge

My first case was specifically an "OUI". I chose to fight it with a public defender, and it happend on Maui. I had recently moved to O'ahu when I was stopped again in Feb of 2018 by HPD. I chose to refuse the breath test on the scene, refused the blood test at the station, and agreed to attempt the w...alk-the-line test as well as the eye twitch test. I didn't pass and they took me in. Noah was one of the first Lawyers to contact me through the mail. The first consultation with him was free. His style is very professional and he is very trust worthy throughout your case. Every single phone call was answered and every text was answered right away. He even had a payment plan available to help with my current financial situation at the time. We met once and that's all it took for Noah to come up with a plan to help me fight my case. Noah took care of everything he possibly could have on his own. He showed up to every court date and represented me for both the court dates toward the DUI charge, as well as EVERY court date with the ADLRO to get my license back. Throughout all of the court dates he had, I went to ONE, which was the date the state gave me for the DUI charge. Although I had to be patient while Noah took care of every court date, and I still had to install a breathilizer in my car, my case was 100% dismissed and I got my license back by the end of July of 2018. Noah is affordable, reliable, and I strongly recommend him to any DUI case out there.

Best in Hawaii

Got a DUI on Christmas Eve of 2015. For some background info, it was my first offense, I refused the breathalyzer and blood alcohol tests but failed the roadside balance/eye twitch tests. I was super scared about how this arrest would affect my future as a new grad RN. Noah's law office was one of th...e first I received a letter from, and being the holiday season it was hard to get ahold of many lawyers. I called him and he answered right away, set up a meeting for a few days later, and quoted me a very reasonable price. When it came to the court dates, the officers showed up and my case went to trial. Noah seemed to know exactly what to say to prove my innocence, and I was found not guilty. He also took care of my ADLRO hearing and I got my license back as soon as the trial was over. Noah got me through one of the worst times of my life and handled my case so professionally, it really put my mind at ease to have him on my side. 5 stars, would recommend him to family/friends (but also hope they're never in my situation, lol)
