Relieved and Satisfied...

From the beginning, I knew Noah Fiddler was the right attorney for me. After previously consulting with several other attorneys, I called Noah. He was quick to answer my call, got right to the point, was very personable and immediately gave me a feeling of ease. My case involved a concealed weapon...s charge. Noah appeared for me at the arraignment and got the charges dropped. This was especially important to me because I live on the Mainland and having to travel back to Oahu to deal with this would have been a costly, unplanned situation. I would highly recommend Noah Fiddler to represent you for criminal defense.

2nd time being stuck in a DUI charge

My first case was specifically an "OUI". I chose to fight it with a public defender, and it happend on Maui. I had recently moved to O'ahu when I was stopped again in Feb of 2018 by HPD. I chose to refuse the breath test on the scene, refused the blood test at the station, and agreed to attempt the w...alk-the-line test as well as the eye twitch test. I didn't pass and they took me in. Noah was one of the first Lawyers to contact me through the mail. The first consultation with him was free. His style is very professional and he is very trust worthy throughout your case. Every single phone call was answered and every text was answered right away. He even had a payment plan available to help with my current financial situation at the time. We met once and that's all it took for Noah to come up with a plan to help me fight my case. Noah took care of everything he possibly could have on his own. He showed up to every court date and represented me for both the court dates toward the DUI charge, as well as EVERY court date with the ADLRO to get my license back. Throughout all of the court dates he had, I went to ONE, which was the date the state gave me for the DUI charge. Although I had to be patient while Noah took care of every court date, and I still had to install a breathilizer in my car, my case was 100% dismissed and I got my license back by the end of July of 2018. Noah is affordable, reliable, and I strongly recommend him to any DUI case out there.

DUI EXPERT

After my DUI in December of 2015, I thought my life was over. Little did I know, that one phone call to Noah Fiddler would change all that and give me a better understanding of my situation. He was pretty much spot on with everything that he said would ensue. He gave me specific instructions on when ...to get my interlock installed and where to get the permit for it. Most importantly, his presence at my court hearings made the process even easier and smoother than I had hoped. His step-by-step instructions made this ordeal as simple as possible with minimal stress. On top of all that, he's a nice guy and very proficient at what he does. I am forever thankful for his help because I know things would have been a lot worse without an attorney. So for anyone out there who finds themself arrested for DUI, Noah D. Fiddler is the man to call.

Unresponsive and misleading.

I was referred to Mr. Fiddler by a friend. Due to time circumstances I was unable to fully vet him with by talking with other lawyers to get their opinion. I made it absolutely clear that I wanted to plead not guilty and fight the charges. Mr. Fiddler came to court unprepared, and performed misera...bly, hardly contesting or questioning the two officers who were used as witnesses by the State. When I contacted other lawyers after to inquire about them possibly handling my ALDRO proceedings, one of them bust of laughing and said "I cannot believe that Noah actually tried to contest the charges. He always pleads his clients out (an immediate conviction)". Furthermore, in court, Mr. Fiddler made comments which allowed for one to simply deduce that I had committed the crime (DUI), which was the most unprofessional and stupid thing a lawyer could do. He knew from the start I did not want to plead out, and misled me to thinking that he could handle the case, which was evident that he could not. Honestly, one of the worst professionals in any service line I have ever met. If you plan on pleading guilty, want someone who is unresponsive, and where you basically have to handle your own case, feel free to go ahead and give him a call. If you are interested in a lawyer who cares about, and is committed to taking care of your case, please look elsewhere. I would NOT recommend him to anyone.
