Joseph Thomas Rosenbaum

I pride myself on standing up for the rights of individuals in my civil rights practice against the usually larger corporations and the government. It is my pleasure to stand up against these powerful entities for the wrongs they have committed against my clients. I have substantial experience in employment law (discrimination, retaliation and harassment in the workplace)excessive force cases against the police, wrongful detention and whistleblower retaliation. Having been admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States 9th Circuit Court of Appeals and all state and federal courts in Hawaii, I am experienced in litigating employment law, police misconduct and various other civil rights cases to conclusion up and through appeal, if necessary.
