A champion litigator, and much more

Jim Bickerton represented me in a case where one of my clients, a young hot-shot trial attorney, filed a crafty counterclaim against me when I attempted to collect a valid outstanding debt for my services as a consultant in a personal injury case. Dealing with this opponent required a much broader sk...ill-set than most top-tier lawyers can command; it also required a keen understanding of the strategic mindset of an unscrupulous lawyer trying to welch on a legitimate debt. Jim quickly identified flaws in the counterclaim that no one else had picked up. Then he deftly maneuvered our unsuspecting opponent into a no-win, no-exit position. The counterclaim ultimately was dismissed, saving me from a potentially huge financial loss. Jim achieved that victory more quickly and for far less in legal fees than I had budgeted. I know of other lawyers who probably would have "churned" my case to generate more fees, particularly considering the high stakes involved. But notwithstanding his prodigious hourly rate, Jim worked so efficiently and found the precise thread to pull to unravel our opponent's case so quickly that his fees were more than reasonable. I have nothing but admiration for Jim Bickerton's prodigious talents. He is principled and fearless, but always mindful of practicalities. It's no wonder that he has been selected as personal counsel by so many of his fellow attorneys, judges, politicians and prominent public figures. I give him an enthusiastic and unqualified thumbs-up.

Attorney for employment discrimation

He send me response immediately and refer me to another attorney due to personal conflicted which I really appreciate very much. so, I am still waiting to hear from another attorney that he refer me to.
