Emma Littman

At the time I worked with Ms. Littman I was in the process of retiring from the military. I chose to come to Ms. Littman after my previous attorney made crucial mistakes in my divorce case. Ms. Littman is easy to talk to and very empathetic to your individual needs for a case. She was more of a siste...r and best friend through this trying time. She kept constant updates and responds to texts or emails within 5-15 minutes of me sending them. My case wasn’t extremely complicated, however the other party basically wanted to hold my kids hostage over not wanting to pay child support. I was awarded sole physical and legal custody of the children, prior to hiring Ms. Littman. Unfortunately, my previous lawyer didn’t include the one little sentence granting me permission to relocate from Hawaii with my children. Ms. Littman is extremely meticulous and detail oriented. She knows family law like no other attorney I’ve spoken (I spoke to a lot). Her office manager Ms. Ramos is amazing as well and communicates just as effectively as Ms. Littman does. Her incite helped me and the other party come to an agreement during mediation which sped up our court hearing. Just recently Ms. Littman was contacted on my behalf and instead of dismissing the call she informed me what was going on. Most lawyers would not do this once their service is over. If I could give her all the stars in the world I would. I was able to keep my children and move all before the pandemic hit and I’m extremely thankful for her. Ms. Littman has been truly amazing to work with and I highly recommend her whether you’re a civilian or serving in the military.
