I retained David in 2019 following being notified that I was investigation for a sexual harassment allegation. At the time of this allegation, I was a Specialist that was filling a Battalion level NCOIC spot that was slotted for a Sergeant First Class. I was fast tracking quickly, and was highly resp...ected and valued in my unit. When this false allegation came forward, all of that respect and confidence in me went away.
