Determination, Aggressiveness, Knowledge, and Experience WINS!

I was facing false allegations and needed legal counsel and representation. It was the only time that I had ever been in this position. I was scared and worried that I would lose my job, insurance, and community standing, but most of all I was worried about how this would affect my family. Even thoug...h I knew that the things that were being brought into question about me, my character, and my actions were false, I felt lost, hopeless, desperate, and depressed, and I did not even know where to begin to clear my name. I knew I did not want an attorney appointed to me. Someone that would simply look at my case as just another assignment that had to be done before the close of business so that they would not get a bad rating on their OER. I wanted someone that was interested in me as a person, my family, and the effect this would have on us. David S. Hendrickson is that kind of lawyer. He took the time to listen to me and review the allegations that were brought against me, and he was able to give me and my family hope. He helped me not feel lost by walking me through the defense that we would present, and how to achieve the best possible outcome. Mr. Hendrickson pursued the plan aggressively and didn’t stop until we got the results we were looking for. This made my feeling of desperation vanish, and the depression went with it. In the end Mr. Hendrickson’s calm, cool, and collected demeanor put us at ease. His determination, aggressiveness, knowledge of the law, and courtroom experience won us not only the case but led to an outcome that far exceeded my expectations. My family and I will forever be grateful to the Law Office of David S. Hendrickson.

Hero!

Attorney David S Hendrickson flawlessly represented me during an Administrative separation board for Article 120. His attention to detail, ability to cross examining the witness, and great dedication resulted in proving my innocence. During the cross examination with the witness, Attorney Hendrickson... discovered evidence that was hidden from CID and the government. He was able to depict the inconsistencies in the witness false allegations. Attorney Hendrickson whole heartedly cares for his clients and will have their best interest at heart. He’s a veteran that understands the military justice system and will ensure you’re properly represented. Thank you Attorney Hendrickson for the positive outcome during this dark chapter in my life.

5 stars

David was calm, professional and responsive during a very stressful situation. This came after the opposite experience I had with a very well known, locally televised defense attorney on Oahu that shows up at the top of many search results on the web. Please be sure to check with David before sign...ing with someone else!

Amazing Lawyer, highly recommend

Hello all, I recently had to use Mr.Hendrickson on my case that involved a NCIS investigation for over a year and a NJP. Mr.Hendrickson was available almost 24/7 and worked with me even with the time difference due to me being in Okinawa. He was extremely hard working, answered all of my questions... and in the end. He helped me get the NJP dismissed with absolutely no backlash. I highly highly recommend him to anyone that is taking any potential legal troubles as he is the best, and most respectful lawyer out there.

Excellent Lawyer you can count on 100%

I hired Dave when I was falsely accused of a sexual assault crime that I did not commit within my command we immediately got to work. And he walk me through every step of the way. Dave answered all my questions and was a good lawyer. I am glad I had him on my side we didn’t even step foot in the Cour...t. The investigation came back unfounded which I didn’t have a doubt since the allegations were so bogus. But now I can get to go back to work with my honor and Dignity back and head held up high. To complete my 24years and retire. I would recommend Dave. He actually cares and takes the time to talk to you and understands how people can use these military programs as a weapon instead of actual victims using it for help.

Relationship: Supervised lawyer

"I hired, supervised and worked with David when he was a new attorney. He has a great legal mind and the ability to communicate his position with opposing counsel as well as explain the system and the specifics of a case to the client. He sat second chair with me on a trial and the client and I were both glad he was part of the defense team. I've stayed in touch with David after he left our firm and rejoined the military. I've enjoyed hearing of his litigation experiences over the years but I was not surprised to hear about the number of victories he's secured for his clients. He's smart, extremely competent and an overall great guy who provides his client's an A+ defense."
