David W.H. Chee

This attorney came highly recommended. I hired him for assistance with an eviction. David Chee has a high opinion of himself. He frequently reminded me of how busy he was and how he did not have to take my case. On the day the case was to have been filed, he telephoned me in the morning. He becam...e angry when I gave him the same answer I had given him to the same question three days prior. I called the attorney at 4pm, asking whether the case had been filed. The attorney sounded strange. He asked whether I had read my email. I had not. When I opened the email, it stated, the attorney wasn't "happy. ". He said he would be returning my retainer fee. Chee did mail the check - but not to me. He sent it to my new attorney. In an envelope addressed to me, with no stamp affixed. Not impressed.
