This scum bag has hurt so many people, including his own clients that he will be disbarred. He takes advantage of every situation and is in bed with many other companies to help pad his billing. Many Hawaii litigators support this claim. How the state Bar hasn't pulled his license shows the corrupt...ion runs so deep here in Hawaii, it's disgusting. He now handles criminal law since they are from the same tree. Anybody that reviews this creep any other way is in the same cesspool. As a litigator, I can't understand how anybody would work with this Charleton, snake oil salesman. He is only in this for himself, He doesn't care or support his clients he only fills his pockets with everyone else's gold.
