Nancy helped us navigate through two different transactions - purchasing a property with a trust as owner as well as making sure a contract with our contractor was the way it should be. Nancy came highly recommended through my R.E. agent on Oahu. Nancy was most helpful reviewing documents and helping with our purchase. Business Attorney Who Actually Knows Business
Nancy is the rare attorney who really understands business. Her specialities include real estate transactions, condominium law, commercial leasing, and high tech deals. Reverse 1031 Exchange
Nancy assisted in completing a complicated purchase and hold for a Reverse 1031 Exchange. It involved a court foreclosure assignment with very critical time frames. She provided excellent guidance to myself as well as the assignor of the court foreclosure. Many detailed agreements had to be drafted and agreed upon to make the purchase possible along with all the requirements of a reverse exchange. i was very pleased with the attention to the critical timing issues.

Real Estate Exchange
We had a very complicated exchange whereby we exchanged a single asset for 72 like kind real property assets. Not only was this a little more complicated, it was one of the most time consuming 1031 Exchanges I have ever encountered. Thanks to Nancy we we were able to work through all our exchanges with our escrow company and completed our exchange sale with a mainland REIT buyer that insisted on language that was not necessary. Nancy was able to get the attorney to understand leasehold properties in Hawaii and help us close the deal timely. I really liked the ability to contact her directly and get immediate feedback whenever needed on whatever legal issue arose.
