Ivana Bodey

After my dad passed away, then his wife, I went to HI, I'm from CA, to take care of some business and one of them was to consult with an Attorney. Had it not been for a will that was created almost 30 years ago, I would never have met Ivana. She was referred to us by another attorney who was no lon...ger handling probate cases. I could not have been given a better person to work with. Ivana was very professional from the moment I spoke with her. She was very understanding of our position and concerns and explained the process in detail. She was very open with everything we discussed and I trusted her completely. There were 6 beneficiaries involved and Ivana was extremely patient with not only me but of the issues we were having with the sale of the house and extra property. She provided a hopeful timeline and had it not been issues out of hers or my control, we would have easily met that timeline. As it was, I only had to push it out about 2 months. I felt confident from the beginning that she would do as she promised, although she had to wait on me at times since there were 2 beneficiaries that lived outside California thus, not within my driving range to acquire signatures in a timely manner. She kept me informed throughout the process as well as keeping me on track since I work full time. I truly believe that I could not have gone through this process without Ivana to keep me on track. Sadly, I won't have a need for Ivana in the future but I do have family living on the island should they need someone to help them. I would recommend Ivana without hesitation.
