Luke Korkowski

We recently created a family trust and need to re-title an out-of-state condo. After contacting two lawyers in that state, we were discouraged. One was not interested in such a simple transaction. I thought I would pass on my experience with Luke with Aaron LLLC. I needed a competent attorney who was responsive and able to get things rolling in a very timely basis. Mr. Korkowski rewrote the Declarations for our homeowner's association. He offered a fixed rate for the work, allowing unlimited communication via phone and email as part of that fixed rate. His condensed recap of the work done was ideal...specific but brief enough that busy board members could easil...y absorb it. At our request, he also reviewed the bylaws for a very reasonable fee.
