This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority.
This means the attorney did something wrong, but the Bar did not suspend the lawyer. Typically in this case the lawyer's poor behavior is exposed to the public in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.

I recommend anyone in the STATE OF HAWAII to seek legal expertise from this man. I can't thank god enough for allowing me to cross paths with him. I hired Don on nearly four occasions. EACH CASE, DONALD WON. Court is nerve wrecking and when you're involved with difficult parties; it can be intimidating. Every time I walked through family court or district court you can literally sense the respect a lot of high powered individuals have for this man. Donald takes the time to explain the process of court and paperwork. He is always on time, never late. IF HE IS; expect a phone call shortly reassuring you he'll be there. He's AMAZING. His staff is verrrrry friendly and approachable. If you want a lawyer who will respect your opinions and always have your best interest at heart. HIRE DON.

I have entered as a friend of the court in a case Mr. Willkerson is litigating called Fisher v. Kealoha, Results speak for themselves. He has already won on a preliminary injunction and appears to be headed to a win on the merits. Accordingly, I endorse Don Wilkerson.
