As an experienced defense attorney, I have successfully represented clients throughout Nevada, Placer and Sierra counties for diverse cases including Driving Under the Influence (DUI), Drug Possession/Sales, Domestic Violence, Vehicular Manslaughter and Sexual Assault.
In addition, I have represented numerous clients in DMV Administrative Suspension Hearings, Probation and Parole Violation Hearings, Expungement of Convictions, and Reduction of Felonies to Misdemeanors.
