This attorney was assigned to my children while their father and I had court preceedings. She had 2 appointments with me that she was not present for. Then she went and told the judge I was the one who didn't show up!!!! She told other lies during the court appearances, and as a result, I eventually ...lost my children. I can only believe that she had some personal relationship with my ex and his wife that caused her to go out of her way to deceive the courts on their behalf. I pray for anyone who finds she is involved in their court proceedings. You have no idea what games she will play,or lies she will make up. So BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!! Take your money and hire an attorney with morals and is not full of evil.

I consulted with Ms. Tancredo but I did not hire her. She wanted a $5,000.00 retainer in order to initiate an order for a child visitation change. My case was not terribly complicated. I felt the retainer was too high. I did the process myself after reading an online how to guide at courts.gov. I und...erstand that in family law things can get complicated but I think it is unethical to gouge on the front-end of the process. A $2,500 retainer is more standard and reasonable.

This person was assigned to me in a CPS case. Throughout the process, she appeared to be working more for the county. She was ineffective and, in one event, hostile over the phone to the point of screaming, loud enough to be heard by others in the room. I had questioned her loyalty since she continua...lly declared that there was evidence against me and would not attend to my defense in a competent Manor. Case in point was one SW for CPS who said I continually tested dirty for drugs (a "no-show" is considered a "dirty test"). Problem was the letters were dated the same day as my report time. I'm good but not that good. She was fired using evidence I uncovered. The final one was pointing out that an officer of the Court was about to commit perjury before the bench in her contradictory written submission. When I asked Ms. Tancredo for a copy of the final decree, she informed me that she would sue me if I called her again. These were just the fun times. Others have told me that she had done an adequate job for them. That was not my experience.
