What I really Appreciate about Rod Benson is that he is very Strong in what He knows and Is NOT Afraid of BULLY Insurance Company's or their Attorney's!!! I previously had an Attorney who wanted a fast buck and Didn't Help me At all !! I had to let that guy go!!! never return calls!!!!!! working on case to many years without any results. feel he is a scamming me. constantly changing the amount of money i will be receiving and then i would not hear from him for months. When he gets back (which is seldom ) to me, the amount of the settlement gets considerab...le less.

Rodney does not seem to put your health and well being as a client in a top priorty mode. Leave client with many questions and feeling very vunerable! Makes you wonder what he is doing and if you are going to come out on top or in the ditch. I have retained him for two workman's comp cases and after ...three years am at the verge of bankruptcy, losing my home, and no income due to my illnesses caused by inappropriate medical care after my accidents........
