Lack of Professionalism.

Mr. Larry, as the computer will not let me write his last name from Yreka California is an incompetent lawyer. Larry took my case - his secretary told me so. Then, 2 weeks from my disability he was supposed to call me at 9:30am. I never received a call from him, I then called. Larry informed me t...hat I needed to make a continuance and re-provide him with my current medical records. I cannot afford a continuance, and Larry's office set me up. I called them a month ago, yet they wait till the last second - 2 weeks till my hearing. I cannot get a new lawyer without a continuance, and I cannot afford to wait the six months that I will have to wait. When the secretary told me he will take my case, and then Larry told me he hasn't accepted my case. The secretary went through the process telling me she was opening a file for me. Lies, heartache, and a lack of representation is what you get when you try to hire Larry Arkfeld. If you choose to use him as your lawyer then good luck. I know it is a poor attorney who says something one day then walks it back. In my opinion Larry (it won't let me type his last name) literally screwed me from getting legal representation. Waiting for the last second to let me know what was going on. A lawyer with integrity would have told me last month that I needed a continuance. It is nice to suffer at the hands of someone in a position of authority. In short: DO NOT HIRE LARRY DO NOT HIRE LARRY DO NOT HIRE LARRY DO NOT HIRE LARRY DO NOT HIRE LARRY DO NOT HIRE LARRY DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN TO REPRESENT YOU OR YOU MAY END IN THE SAME BOAT I AM IN. When speaking to him he did not seem to care about my case. He had a month to tell me to do this and waited till 2 weeks before my hearing. I have no legal representation in this hearing that is coming up and it is all because of Larry A. His secretary is unprofessional - she says the lawyer has taken your case then you get a surprise two weeks before your hearing.
