Was overwhelmed with my tax situation. Had a consultation with Ms. Hadfield. She advised me which years' taxes could be forgiven with the IRS, how this process was routine to her, etc. Got all paperwork together, emailed them to her... No response. Finally, got a hold of her after trying at least 10 ...times via phone and email and she claims she's been travelling but she's making herself a note right now to call you back tomorrow.. NO CALL! Highly unprofessional!!!

If I could give he zero stars on this review I would. She gave me a free consultation and looked at all my documentation, said she could help me but needed a $1000 down payment. Had alot of trouble getting her to call me back for a few weeks, then finally got a follow up appointment with her. At th...at next appointment, she told me she had been incorrect when she initially looked at my docs and that she now realized she couldn't help me. Promised me a refund and then sent it, not a penny, and never returned any calls after that. I tried for almost a year. Was afraid to go wait outside her office building since she's an atty would sue me for stalking or something. WASTE OF $$$. Apparently doesn't know what she is doing. Do yourself a favor and Find someone else.
