Russell was the first person I had talked to he was very professional, polite, and understanding of my unique situation. His concern about the situation I was in was very genuine unlike some of the other people I have talked with while trying to navigate this system. He told me that if I have any trouble figuring out what and how to file any paperwork that I needed to that I could email him. He would gladly assist me with that and any other concerns or issues that may arise. My conversation with him left me feeling that for once during this process I was heard and that I wasn't just another number I was a person. He was also very kind and attentive to what I had to say he never cut me short or rushed me into quick incomplete answers. I was referred to Ben in 2020 after I took it upon myself to file an industrial injury/workers compensation claim. The claim was initially denied, as is the case in the majority of claims filed, and a court date was set.
