Biography
I have forty years experience assisting people and companies to resolve their legal disputes, short of litigation if at all possible. But, if litigation is required, I have pretty much done it all in contract and real property disputes. Litigation with the government is another specialty I have aquired in the last twenty years. I am also familiar with water rights litigation.
