Robert Loren Davis

I was refferd to Bob by my trusted family attorney for a Medical Malpractice case. After learning the facts, Bob thought I had a "strong " case and proceeded to take it. Bob stated there was an expert in the field that had beat him in cases in the past. Bob planned on hiring the expert to strengthen ...my case. As time past, Bob became more and more difficult to contact. Then, late one night Bob called and suggested that I dismiss the claim otherwise I would be responsible for Attorney fees for the defendant. Bob stated that he had to dismiss the case the following morning because it was the last day I could, without occurring fees. I feel slighted and used. I just don't understand why he would take a case and not bother working on it or he could have at least let me know he might have taken a case that may have been over his head. I would have brought in help. I feel he was too busy with keeping the grounds groomed at his home, which was his office, a Bed & Breakfast and a facility for weddings. I should have known when he took me on a tour of his grounds, which were groomed impeccably, as Bob boasted that he did all of the upkeep by himself. So Bob is definitely a very good Gardener, but not much of an Attorney.
