She Lied to me and had me take a Plea Bargain. on a DUI Promising that i would not have a restricted drivers license and No Classes and No Tester on the car, she said all you have to do is Pay the Court $2,200.00 and have 30 day Home Monitoring. for another &620.00. So I said as long as i do not have... to do all the other things you promised. she said yes . so i took the Plea Bargain. I never drove the car intoxicated. i was sitting in a farm road after my house burnt down in the campfire. I had 4 Beers out side the car never started the car know one ever had seen me driving it.I was waiting for my wife to pick me up on the way home, Then 2 weeks later A LETTER CAME IN THE MAIL. Saying my drivers license is gone for 90 Days . i need to go pay and take DUI classes for 18 months. get a drunk teste ron my car for a year. She is either a liar or had NO EXPERIENCE BEING A DUI ATTORNEY.. NOT KNOWING THAT THE DMV has Power over the court., How stupid is that.

Ms. Diamond helped me with enormously with my case. I received a Drunk in Public and Resisting Arrest and she reviewed my case, looked at the facts, calmed me down and did the best she could considering the circumstances. I think once we are in trouble, we want to blame everyone else except ourselves... for the incident and TV has led us to believe that cases will just go away.
