I know--that title seems paradoxical! But it fits in the case of David Banks. He assisted me with filing an RTO in a very contentious domestic partner situation. He held to the highest ethical standards, was professional, knowledgeable, sage, and calm (dealing with difficult issues). David Banks is one of the good guys in the legal profession. I was referred to him by a friend whose divorce he handled.
