David Scott Banks

I know--that title seems paradoxical! But it fits in the case of David Banks. He assisted me with filing an RTO in a very contentious domestic partner situation. He held to the highest ethical standards, was professional, knowledgeable, sage, and calm (dealing with difficult issues). David Banks is one of the good guys in the legal profession. I was referred to him by a friend whose divorce he handled. My friend was quite satisfied with the way David handled his case and recommended him to me. David handed my case with intelligence, ethics and high morals. My case should have be...en a simple one, however my ex continued to be uncooperative with her attorney as well as the court which resulted in multiple court appearances.
