Everything that has been stated is 100% true. I was with these crooks for 5 years. I finally fired them, Fred was going after the wrong insurance Co. for that amount of time. To finish, Fred and Manda had siphoned off every last cent they could from my case, and not knowing this, I couldn't hire ...another attorney. This attorney is a joke, he never returns any phone calls and dose not keep you informed what so ever. I've tried so many times to get an appointment with him to discuss my case and I always get the same answer, leave your name and number and we'll be in touch....you guess it...never a return phone ...call or letter. Please do not use this attorney you would be better off with Charles Manson then him.

The first time i spoke to Mr. Gibbons was in his office. That would also be the last time speaking to him. Countless times i called his office to get any information on my case. I was never able to get past his secretary saying that if anything new came up he would call me. Not one returned phone cal...l in 2 years or letter in the mail. I kid u not 2 years. I would of been better off with one of the lollipop kids as my attorney

Everytime i went into the office and would ask about the status of my case the secretary would always say the same thing "Leave me your name and number and we will get back to you and they never would. I would then go back after a couple of weeks of not hearing from my lawyer i would get the same quo...te "leave your name and number and we will get back to you"
