Carroll Edward Peiffer

Does not give a bill holds his hand out and says you owe me and states he is quitting . Dilapidated Victorian house converted to an office it is literally falling apart . His office is in complete disarray. He misses court dates without informing you . He does not review his work . And will blame you... if something goes wrong does not accept blame . He butt called me several times on one occasion I over heard his wife telling him he does not treat her as an equal. shook my hand and told me he is giving me his word to complete a task then at 1:30 am emailed me and states he will not . definitely not a man of his word .

If my children and I didn't have a compassionate caring man like Carroll. I don't know what we would have done. Carroll has been a strong hand that helped keeping me afloat when I was scared. He guided me ,the whole way through the stressful court process. He guarded my children and looked out for w...hat is best for us. Carroll was there as my lawyer TWICE when I really needed him. Carroll was always working hard behind the scenes to better the outcome for my children and myself. My children and I owe alot to Carroll. It must be hard working all those cases and having little time and energy to oneself. Carroll has a big heart and he is a strong compassionate lawyer that fights for what is in your better interest of your family. I know my family and I were truly blessed for the second time. By far the absolute worst family law attorney out there!!! Carroll has dementia as far as legal knowledge or client devotion, even basic math is too difficult for him. He charges mountains of money to do absolutely nothing, takes months to get to mundane task such as pick up his own ringing phone. Al...ways with the excuse that he is with "another client". Heck it's been nearly 2 months since I've fired the incompetent lump and he still hasn't closed out the paperwork, refuses to reimburse a dime and threatened me with court as his one and only response that he has ever emailed. No ethics, no accountability, no intentions of legal defense or even knowledge. It's aborant that he even has a license. It's heartbreaking that he can do this to families already suffering the consequences of a broken system. Shame shame on you Carroll Peiffer!

Worst experience of my life! Once you give him $ Don't expect a call back or email in a reasonable time. No matter how many messages you leave on the voicemail or with secretary. Sets appointments with you but when you show up the door is locked and noone is there and then won't answer your calls. Sa...ys he really wants to work with you and once you are fed up of over 3 months of not being able to speak to him you go to get your money and he makes up reasons why he can't do a check or all the work he did for you to give you barely any back. This guy is a scam and I have been told by many others after my experience he is KNOWN FOR THIS. Horrible!
