Robert Earl McCann

I have used McCann & Associates on many different occassions. Robert McCann has been there for my family and I through thick and thin. He is on my speed dial and I look towards him as my most trusted friend that has my back. I do not think that could be said about most lawyers. I have been trying to post this preview for about the third time. I have known Robert McCann since 2001 and been represented by him in a familly case which I won. Another case was settled recently thanks to Mr. McCann. Mr. McCann helped me as well with another case back in 2011. Mr. McCcann is very ...professional , very ethical and conscientious. I am represented still by Mr. McCann in other cases that are pending. Mr. McCann is very knowledgeable about the law and very experienced and can advice you for the best and better outcome af your case. He can represent you in a civil matter, familly matter in all its aspects from custody, divorce issues, restraining orders issues etc.. in bankrupcy and criminal cases as well etc.. I recommend Mr. McCann as an attorney.

I hired Robert based on the fact he seemed to know the law and told me "we have a great case and we can do something here". I gave him $3500.00 as a retainer and the work began, for me anyway. Getting records, meetings which were a waste of time. Months later...we went to court. Robert was late.......very late. The judge asked me where he was and it turns was down stairs just talking to someone. Every point Robert brought to court was very easily dismissed and Robert looked completely lost and I was so embarrassed. The judge just look at him and was amazed how little of the law he really doesn't not know. Losing my case is something I can take but to has lost all that hard earned money to just a foolish person is the worst part. I am a very kind person and do not slander or speak poorly of anyone who just try's their best, Robert McCann neither did not try or even care after he received his money. I am asking you not to hire Robert and warn you, if you do..be ready to be very disappointed.
