I cannot say enough good things about Mark and Tanya except that I will be forever indebted to them for their hard work regarding my case. I have had an incredibly long and difficult custody battle and had pretty much given up hope that the family law judicial system would ever take into account the ...emotional well being of my daughter. However, with Mark's vast knowledge of the system and the law I came away with a contentment I never thought possible. Mark and Tanya supported me and guided me through the processes every step of the way and were able to help me get the best possible outcome for my situation. When first meeting Mark and Tanya their knowledge and confidence is incredibly evident and unquestionable, however, the compassion, support and genuine caring is what really sets their team apart. My fiance and I were involved in a custody case over my Fiance's young daughter. This custody case was easily the most difficult and stressful event that has happened throughout our entire relationship. That part was absoutely true throughout the nearly 1 year custody case. What Mark also showed to be was extremely intelligent, willing to stand up and fight when certain elements did not go our way and most important was Mark's honesty which led to great legal advice throughout the entire process. Our custody case was by no means black and white and was extremely complicated and complex. Mark was able help me file for a default divorce and obtain the custody I was looking for.
