He got the down and dirty of what happened and made a determination within days to take her on as a client (I ended up being a client in the end as well). John has a stable of health care professionals... he called on to nail down the specifics of what was done to my mom and how it impacted her life moving forward. He was able to help my mom get the results that would allow her to have a high level of assistance for the rest of her life. Nothing can fix what occurred, but I can tell you without a doubt, that if we did not have John in our corner, the results would have likely not been what they were. My mom is now able to live independently and has quality of life and care that she was deprived of by her provider. John is a pit bull. The kind you want in your corner.
