Forever Greatful!!!

Brian Geremia represented me when my sister and brother sued me for our Aunt's estate. I was literally devastating when I was notified of the suit. I called the office (Hackard Law) along with several others. From the first phone call to the last this company took care of me. I could not have asked f...or better representation. Brian is very compassionate and thorough he didn't miss anything. His anticipation of pretty much every move they made was spot on. I felt completely comfortable and secure all the way through the case. I did eventually will the case. I know I would not have had it not been for Brian and his team!!!!! I am forever grateful to Brian !!!

Excellent trust, estate and elder law attorney

Brian took on a case that had been mishandled by prior attorneys. We had a situation with a major bank as the corporate trustee and they were charging excessive fees, performing very little service, and failing to follow the terms of the trust. Brian and his colleagues developed a clear and underst...andable strategy, stuck to the schedule and kept me informed as they navigated the probate courts to replace the horrid corporate trustee and clarify terms of the trust. I highly recommend him and will use him for any estate or elder law issues.

Very Trustworthy and Dependable

I would definitely recommend Brian Geremia to anyone needing a lawyer. He was very professional, courteous, and absolutely knowledgeable in how to tackle the problem for the betterment of the case. He represented my mother in an elder financial abuse case with outstanding results. I couldn't have ...asked for a better law firm or attorney. He treated my mother and I as friends rather than just a client. My opinions were always valued and my doubts reassured. I would call Mr. Geremia at his office during late business hours not expecting him to answer the phone, but sure enough surprisingly he would pick up the phone. Very dependable, caring, and most of all, a highly skilled lawyer who knows the law. I would like to thank Mr. Geremia and his law firm for an excellent job and I would definitely use their service again if the need arise.

Excellent Settlement thanks to Brian!

Brian was incredibly detail oriented and helped uncover holes in the deposition of the parties we were litigating against. He also helped build built a winning strategy that created enough reasonable doubt in the defendant's mind, that we were able to go into mediation and get a very significant sett...lement.
