Finally, a lawyer who treats you like a human being

Anyone who thinks Pat Waltz is not an excellent attorney obviously hasn't dealt with many. Professional, adept, proficient, courteous, personable, knowledgeable, aggressive(only when necessary) and determined...all these are terms I would use to describe Pat Waltz. Most lawyers just feel like robots... just looking to cash in on your problem(s)(with little work on their part). If you want the complete opposite of that, hire Waltz Law Firm to handle your case. No one wants to be in a situation where they need to hire a lawyer; that usually means something terrible has happened in their life. Not only do they take that into consideration, but unlike many service occupations nowadays, you're always treated as a human being with Patrick Waltz. That alone is something that sets this law firm apart from the rest. P.S. - As a general rule, I don't like lawyers/attorneys...at all. They're typically cold, callous, greedy, ignorant, inept cheats who only look at either dollar signs or conviction rates(both in the case of District Attorneys). So just keep that in mind when reading my review. I am not easily impressed when it comes to someone handling my legal matters.

Absolutely light years ahead and above the best!

Pat Waltz and Steve White are "a bolt of lightening" when you put them together and not to be reconned with. Their unfailing loyalty to their clients and their commitment and diligence they bring to the playing field, places them light years above any other firm. Pat represented us in a suit against ...another attorney. I was so impressed with everyone who took part in preparing for our case coupled with unfailing compassion. They do this for everyone and every case they take on. ( even though we would like to think we were extra special, I have witnessed this first hand that they are just like they were with us to all their clients.) I feel that one of their biggest assets is his beautiful and extremely intelligent, legal assistant and legal advisor who is also a great listener. I know first hand...everytime I would call in to speak to Pat or Steve, inspite of how extremely busy she was, she never passed that on to us, and as a matter of fact, everyone at Waltz Law Firm is like that. It made such a difference at that difficult time in our lives.

I Would Not Recommend This Attorney

I went to see this attorney to help me with a legal matter. In the beginning he was friendly and enthusiastic. As time went on, he dragged his feet, claiming always to be busy. In fact, he had decided he did not want to pursue my case and did not have the balls to tell me. So, he began behaving very ...rudely hoping that I would just go away. But I didn't. He eventually told me he wouldn't take my case, after seven months.

Lawyer with the Highest Degree of Excellence

I hired Patrick Waltz of Waltz's Law Firm to file a malpractice and breach of fiduciary duty against a well known attorney. Waltz kept me informed, returned phone calls and kept my best interest as his priority. He was fare in his fees and after my previous personal experience with attorneys, I found... Mr. Waltz and his office assistant very friendly and helpful but more than that, they were honest. Mr. Waltz settled my case to my satisfaction and accomplished more than I had anticipated. I was very happy to have found an attorney, finally, that actually looks out for his client. Mr. Waltz went above and beyond his call of duty. I feel fortunate to have found and hired Mr. Waltz to represent me in such a complex case.
