Michael Sasan Ahmad

Originally from Southern California, I earned my law degree from Whittier Law School after obtaining my BA from San Diego State University. With experience representing both individual plaintiffs and corporate defendants, I found myself gravitating towards representing plaintiffs. Most recently, I worked at a small employment law office for almost 10 years as the senior litigation attorney. I’ve represented employees against both private employers and public entities, bringing cases against Fortune 500 companies, the Regents of the University of California, and the State of California. I’ve handled class actions, representative actions under California’s Private Attorney General Act, and litigated in State Court, Federal Court, and private arbitration. I have a California law license, and am admitted to the Northern, Eastern and Central District Federal Courts of the Ninth Circuit, as well as the United States Supreme Court. In 2019, I opened my own office focusing my practice on representing individual plaintiffs in the areas of employment law and personal injury.
