Mark is a graduate of the University of California, at Santa Barbara, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree with honors in “Law and Society” (pre-law).
Mark then attended Santa Clara University, where he attended law school during the day, and MBA school at night for approximately four years, earning both degrees in 1990. Mark passed the bar on his first try in 1990 and has been practicing law since.
Mark was raised in Sacramento and graduated from John F. Kennedy High School in 1982.
In his spare time, Mark enjoys golf, reading, and basketball, especially if it is connected with his wife and two children.
