Amazing Attorney

I am beyond grateful and blessed to have been able to find Nicole and have her help me deal with a complaint made from an employer to the Board of Nursing. I’m so glad I was able to find someone who specialized in protecting nurses and to see how professional, kind, and compassionate she was provided... the comfort I needed during this time. From the first time we talked on the phone she was very thorough in explaining the process of being investigated by the Board and and always available to talk whenever I had questions. I would not have been able to handle the interview with the investigator without her by my side. I was so nervous because my career was on the line and she really helped to keep me calm and feel prepared for the interview. After almost 2 stressful years of waiting for this to be over, I finally got my letter from the Board stating the case was closed. Thank you soo much Nicole!! Will forever be grateful for you.

Attorney Nicole Valentine is awesome

Attorney Nicole Valentine handled one case for me which had a professional ad criminal component. Each case was dismissed. For the criminal I had to do 30 hours of community service but six charges were dismissed without any fines before pretrial. The board withdrew the case after Nicole's motion.... She is so detailed, easy to get in touch with and has support staff to follow up with you when she is in court or busy. I had a career changing experience but I am grateful I found an attorney who accepted my NSO insurance and handled my case. I did pay for my criminal case out of pocket but it was affordable. I hope to NEVER need an attorney again... if you are reading this review you likely need an attorney now, don't waste your money with the lawyers that frighten the heck out of you, stop looking, call Nicole she can produce. She is great listener and even better talker! She got all the lies straighten out within a few months.

Forever greatful!

I am very thankful for Nicole who is amazing on what she does. Her passion has saved my life, career and future. She is a fighter who will fight for her clients. Besides being professional and an expert on her field, she is also compassionate. She is prompt and always made sure that I knew what was... going on. It was a very scary experience of having to defend my license from the BRN but Nicole made it easy by being there for me. She is honest and straight forward. I wound highly recommend Nicole.

Nicole Valentine an Angel in disguise

When I got a letter from the BRN that I was under investigation,I became very devastated and was not sure where my life was heading,I cried my eyes out and then I decided to hire Ms.Nicole Valentine. She is caring,open-minded, thorough,conscientious,embracing,attentive,prompt,professional,knowledgeabl...e,respectful and empathetic. She gave me listening ears, worked so hard to make sure that I did not go to hearing.I can say that she is a God sent. There is no way I can ever forget Ms.Nicole Valentine for all that she did for me and my family. You will always be in my success story.Thank you a million times.

A true guardian that has your back!

A false, anonymous allegation was submitted to the BRN against my license. I Received a letter from the BRN telling me I was under investigation & requested an interview to discuss said allegations. Knowing they were false I thought I'd just handle it on my own... so GLAD I DID NOT! The investigator..., no matter how nice & cordial, is NOT your friend! I almost got suckered into thinking it would be a simple process, (of course it would be easy... im innocent right?) even so much that the investigator was willing to drive 3 1/2 hours to meet me in my home town at a local restaurant & complete my portion of the investigation over a really good burger. (did you know the investigator has legal authority to do a random, observed urine drug test pretty much anywhere?) Yes... I almost got pee-tested with him staring over me in a public rest room! (true fact folks) Not that I wasnt willing, but really? Observed? In a public space?? Just on principal alone I think that is wrong but who am I right? I've been duped into innocently spilling my beans to an individual I dont know who has a badge and who's sole intention is to find the truth and/or dirt on me by any means necessary. I am so thankful I had Ms. Valentine beside me thru the interview & subsequent follow-up as the interview was brutal to say the least! Made me feel like I was being talked into admitting to something I did not do. Nicole helped me keep it together and kept the investigator on-track to deal with the allegation. After 9 long months and multiple emails & phone calls to calm my nerves I finally received the letter I was praying for... the closing of my file. Bottom line is this: If you receive ANYTHING from the BRN accusing you of anything at all, no matter how big or small or factual or false the issue is, call Ms. Valentine! She truly is a guardian angel and will protect you, your license, your reputation, and most importantly, your hard-earned career and source of income! I cannot thank this woman enough, and should the need arise you will be saying the same thing about her being by your side... Thanks for reading!
