I would highly recommend Nicole Valentine as defense attorney! I was convicted of a DUI in 7/2018. I had a high blood alcohol level of 0.28% unfortunately due to personal/private circumstances. Although I was not driving (car was on), I plead no contest to the DUI. This was my 1st DUI, and she was ab...le to get my work project reduced to half (14 days to 7). I am a Nurse Shift Manager, where I supervise other nurses. According the the BRN, nurses may NOT supervise other RN's while their license is on probation, and with a high BAC your nursing license can be revoked. I hired Nicole to help me with reinstatement of my professional license. I needed someone with experience with Administrative hearings as my original hearing with a criminal defense lawyer didn't go good at all.
