I am so grateful for Nicole Valentine!

Nicole Valentine handled my case with not only professionalism but empathy. From the consultation, she answered my questions thoroughly which helped with the anxiety surrounding my situation. When I hired her to handle the BRN aspect of my situation, the process of reporting to the BRN and everything... I needed to do was so streamlined due to her prompt responses to emails and phone calls. It was my first time getting in trouble with the law and she understood that I was terrified and absolutely mortified of the situation I had gotten myself into. In the end, I got a citation and fine for a DUI with an accident! This was honestly the best case scenario and I am extremely grateful for Nicole because I don't know what I would do if I wasn't able to be a nurse or work at the hospital that I currently work at anymore. I really wish I hired her for the DUI part of the situation, my DUI lawyer was nothing like Nicole. Thank you so much Nicole.

100% RECOMMEND

I am a new grad RN and just obtained my nursing license around May last year. It was a very fulfilling time for me, I had a a lot to celebrate... until I celebrated a little too hard one night and got my first DUI just weeks after I passed my NCLEX exam. My world turned upside down and I had no idea ...how to handle it or get through it because I had never been involved with the law before until I came across RN Guardian and Nicole Valentine as one of their top lawyers to defend nursing licenses. I was referred to a DUI lawyer at first and miraculously got a reduced charge to “wet and wreck less”. After that was over Nicole Valentine helped me with my disclosure to the BRN. She walked me through the whole process and gave me clear instructions on submitting specific documents to her to successfully complete my disclosure. She had her colleagues reach out to me if she wasn’t in the office and made sure I had all my questions answered. Ms. Valentine and her team gave me a peace of mind knowing that this one mistake would not ultimately damage my career. She worked hard and reassured me that my case would be handled with care and that she would try her best to obtain the best outcome possible for my case, and that she did! I got a letter from the BRN just weeks after my final disclosure was submitted with my final outcome being a citation. No disciplinary action was taken against my nursing license. After almost a year dealing with my case, it has finally closed and I have RN Guardian and Nicole Valentine to thank for that. I would not have gotten through this stressful time without Nicole Valentine and her team. Thank you so much for lifting a HUGE weight off my shoulders! I’ll forever be grateful for your services.

Amazing Attorney

I am beyond grateful and blessed to have been able to find Nicole and have her help me deal with a complaint made from an employer to the Board of Nursing. I’m so glad I was able to find someone who specialized in protecting nurses and to see how professional, kind, and compassionate she was provided... the comfort I needed during this time. From the first time we talked on the phone she was very thorough in explaining the process of being investigated by the Board and and always available to talk whenever I had questions. I would not have been able to handle the interview with the investigator without her by my side. I was so nervous because my career was on the line and she really helped to keep me calm and feel prepared for the interview. After almost 2 stressful years of waiting for this to be over, I finally got my letter from the Board stating the case was closed. Thank you soo much Nicole!! Will forever be grateful for you.

Forever greatful!

I am very thankful for Nicole who is amazing on what she does. Her passion has saved my life, career and future. She is a fighter who will fight for her clients. Besides being professional and an expert on her field, she is also compassionate. She is prompt and always made sure that I knew what was... going on. It was a very scary experience of having to defend my license from the BRN but Nicole made it easy by being there for me. She is honest and straight forward. I wound highly recommend Nicole.

"I have referred several nurses in trouble with the BRN (DUI, stealing medications, etc.) to Nicole - all of them have been happy with her representation and results. I've been impressed enough to refer other lawyers to her. She works well with other attorneys to achieve a result that is good both on the criminal front and the licensing front."
