My license was jeopardize after I made the mistake to trust a fellow RN. After some back and forth between my Lawyer Nicole. V and the Attorney general, I decided to let a judge hear my story and hopefully give me a chance of a fair trial/ after a long time in limbo not knowing what to do. Thank Ni...cole was so easy to talk today and always a phone away for all my questions and calls.

I chose to use Nicole after a friend had a positive outcome with her services regarding a DWI. Although my accusation with the BON was not drug related, I hired Nicole because honestly I didn't know who else to turn to. Unfortunately after taking my money, Nicoles communication dropped drastica...lly. Many phone calls and emails went unanswered and I would often have to send several follow up emails to achieve answers to simple case-related questions. Many questions went unanswered or unacknowledged altogether. Sometimes it would take over a week for her to get back to me. Having never been in legal trouble my finding out about my accusation was both traumatic and confusing. Nicole did not ease any of this anxiety nor did she offer much guidance. Her counsel was flippant at best. Before accepting my payment she assured me we would examen my case/accusation line by line, however once my discovery came through she sent me my case nearing 1000 pages and left me to examen the document myself. When my settlement offer came through rather than calling me to explain/discuss the offer she literally sent me a 5 word sentence with a major typo - she clearly is not attentive to her clients or their often times life altering cases. With Nicole I did not feel heard, represented, or advocated for, nor did I achieve a respectable or just outcome. I terminated Nicoles service prior to my case settlement and strongly discourage people from using her as well.

I’m so happy that I chose Ms Valentine to represent me on my petition for license reinstatement. I had 3 different lawyers and wish that I found her first! Im so grateful for her as she took my case even though it was like a last minute change of counselor/attorney. She answered all my questions, con...cerns and is very knowledgeable of nursing license matter! She made the hearing experience less stressful! Most importantly, Ms Valentine made me feel that she truly cares for my situation and that she advocated the best possible outcome for my case.

Nicole was knowledgeable in the process of my case, available by email and phone for questions or comments I had; she was confident in her manner with dealing with a less than cooperative prosecutor; and ultimately was successful in the dismissal of my accusations. They were responsive to my questions and requests to contact Nicole.

Nicole stayed with me and worked through my complex case for over 4 years while the BRN dragged things out. She is the most competent Nursing attorney you will find. My case was not easy but she persisted. She knows the law and she understood the facts surrounding my case. More importantly, she b...elieved in me. Her representation of the facts was stellar and, because of her gift of being able to put things into logical perspective and paint a picture for the judge, the court was able to see the events that took place with clarity. Nicole is unbelievably amazing at orchestrating a theater of events for the court. That is where she is in her element and she really SHINES. My case was dismissed !! I cannot thank her enough.
