I would highly recommend Nicole Valentine as defense attorney! I was convicted of a DUI in 7/2018. I had a high blood alcohol level of 0.28% unfortunately due to personal/private circumstances. Although I was not driving (car was on), I plead no contest to the DUI. This was my 1st DUI, and she was ab...le to get my work project reduced to half (14 days to 7). I am a Nurse Shift Manager, where I supervise other nurses. According the the BRN, nurses may NOT supervise other RN's while their license is on probation, and with a high BAC your nursing license can be revoked. Nicole has been working with me since 7/2018 every step of the way. She represented me with my DUI conviction and with the BRN. I am a new grad RN and just obtained my nursing license around May last year. Had it not been for Nichole‘s believing in the merits of my case even though i truly believed in my innocence I never would’ve found the courage to move forth with the trial. as a result of her representation all my charges were ultimately dismissed and court fees totaling $14,000 that the attorney g...eneral was attempting to charge me were completely waived. Nichole spent many hours preparing for the case and it was evident that she was well prepared.

Attorney Nicole Valentine handled one case for me which had a professional ad criminal component. Each case was dismissed. For the criminal I had to do 30 hours of community service but six charges were dismissed without any fines before pretrial. The board withdrew the case after Nicole's motion.... She is so detailed, easy to get in touch with and has support staff to follow up with you when she is in court or busy. I had a career changing experience but I am grateful I found an attorney who accepted my NSO insurance and handled my case. I did pay for my criminal case out of pocket but it was affordable.
