Nicole Valentine

Nicole Valentine was such a major help when it came to my case. I was involved in a DUI and needed a letter from her to advocate for me. With her help, it got down to wet/reckless and she was even kind enough to help me settle my case with my licensing agency to reduce the conditions of the probation.... She does a great job explaining what you need to know and what to do and very helpful with whatever questions you need. I would highly recommend her to anyone that needs help with their license

I chose to use Nicole after a friend had a positive outcome with her services regarding a DWI. Although my accusation with the BON was not drug related, I hired Nicole because honestly I didn't know who else to turn to. Unfortunately after taking my money, Nicoles communication dropped drastica...lly. Many phone calls and emails went unanswered and I would often have to send several follow up emails to achieve answers to simple case-related questions. Many questions went unanswered or unacknowledged altogether. Sometimes it would take over a week for her to get back to me. Having never been in legal trouble my finding out about my accusation was both traumatic and confusing. Nicole did not ease any of this anxiety nor did she offer much guidance. Her counsel was flippant at best. Before accepting my payment she assured me we would examen my case/accusation line by line, however once my discovery came through she sent me my case nearing 1000 pages and left me to examen the document myself. When my settlement offer came through rather than calling me to explain/discuss the offer she literally sent me a 5 word sentence with a major typo - she clearly is not attentive to her clients or their often times life altering cases. With Nicole I did not feel heard, represented, or advocated for, nor did I achieve a respectable or just outcome. I terminated Nicoles service prior to my case settlement and strongly discourage people from using her as well.

At the end of 2019, I was arrested for drunk driving. A few days later I retained Nicole for her services as she was recommended by a close friend. My BAC was 0.129 via blood and she was able to negotiate the DUI to a Wet Reckless with a ONE year informal probation order. I did one day of Sheriff ...Work Project and the three month DUI education class which I did over Zoom during the SAH order due to COVID. Within 30 days of conviction, the Wet Reckless was reported to the BRN and today, I received a Citation order from the BRN with a fine of $750. Nicole advised me to do CE pertaining to alcohol and substance abuse as well as have work performance evaluations as all of this was part of the mitigation packet that was submitted to the DA and BRN. This was the very result that Nicole predicted as she has done this was a very long time and she is knowledgeable in what she does. I could not thank her enough. If you're a RN in crisis for whatever reason and will be dealing with the BRN, please do yourself a favor and retain Nicole for her services.

I would highly recommend Nicole Valentine as defense attorney! I was convicted of a DUI in 7/2018. I had a high blood alcohol level of 0.28% unfortunately due to personal/private circumstances. Although I was not driving (car was on), I plead no contest to the DUI. This was my 1st DUI, and she was ab...le to get my work project reduced to half (14 days to 7). I am a Nurse Shift Manager, where I supervise other nurses. According the the BRN, nurses may NOT supervise other RN's while their license is on probation, and with a high BAC your nursing license can be revoked. Nicole has been working with me since 7/2018 every step of the way. She represented me with my DUI conviction and with the BRN. Due to Nicole's excellent representation, I was able to keep my nursing license with a probation, and the BRN agreed to let me supervise nurses/staff. Without Nicole's help, I would have lost my job because of my position at work. I am so please with her service and commitment. She helped the process to be not as overwhelming as it would have. Nicole kept me on track, advised me of documents to submit to present my case to the board, had strong representation in court, very knowledgeable and responsive.

Nicole Valentine handled my case with not only professionalism but empathy. From the consultation, she answered my questions thoroughly which helped with the anxiety surrounding my situation. When I hired her to handle the BRN aspect of my situation, the process of reporting to the BRN and everything... I needed to do was so streamlined due to her prompt responses to emails and phone calls. It was my first time getting in trouble with the law and she understood that I was terrified and absolutely mortified of the situation I had gotten myself into. In the end, I got a citation and fine for a DUI with an accident! This was honestly the best case scenario and I am extremely grateful for Nicole because I don't know what I would do if I wasn't able to be a nurse or work at the hospital that I currently work at anymore.
