I am leaving this review for anyone out there who needs an attorney that will help do everything in her power to achieve the best outcome possible! I am so grateful and overly excited that Nicole was able to get me a public reproval!!! I was so afraid I was going to be put on probation for 3 years....... but having Nicole as my lawyer, that didn't happen! She was professional, sympathetic, understanding, knowledgeable, caring, and available to talk/always calls back. Nicole also has a great sense of humor, kept me laughing, especially at times when I really needed it! I highly recommend Nicole to anyone and everyone! Nicole- I can not think you enough for everything! You have forever changed my life!

I do not recommend hiring this attorney. I Had 2 conversations with this attorney that was very unprofessional. I spent $4,000 for two conversations and for her to send one email to The DAG With a deal right above from me loosing my license and stipulations that weren’t related to me. As I switched f...rom an inexperienced attorney with their firm to her it took approximately a month for her to contact me and she missed two meetings. They waited a month before my hearing to submit documents. No lawyer told me what to expect in by situation leaving me blinded the entire time. She kept asking me for documents she needed that I sent to the previous attorney last year who is her colleague. And also asking for documents that would put my current job in jeopardy. She did not fight for me and it seems like I was another case out of $4000. Luckily I found a way more experienced and empathetic attorney who took my case and fought for me. It sucks that I lost $4000 and was misguided by Rn guardian and goyette.

Nicole Valentine was such a major help when it came to my case. I was involved in a DUI and needed a letter from her to advocate for me. With her help, it got down to wet/reckless and she was even kind enough to help me settle my case with my licensing agency to reduce the conditions of the probation.... She does a great job explaining what you need to know and what to do and very helpful with whatever questions you need. I would highly recommend her to anyone that needs help with their license

At the end of 2019, I was arrested for drunk driving. A few days later I retained Nicole for her services as she was recommended by a close friend. My BAC was 0.129 via blood and she was able to negotiate the DUI to a Wet Reckless with a ONE year informal probation order. I did one day of Sheriff ...Work Project and the three month DUI education class which I did over Zoom during the SAH order due to COVID. Within 30 days of conviction, the Wet Reckless was reported to the BRN and today, I received a Citation order from the BRN with a fine of $750. Nicole advised me to do CE pertaining to alcohol and substance abuse as well as have work performance evaluations as all of this was part of the mitigation packet that was submitted to the DA and BRN. This was the very result that Nicole predicted as she has done this was a very long time and she is knowledgeable in what she does. I could not thank her enough. If you're a RN in crisis for whatever reason and will be dealing with the BRN, please do yourself a favor and retain Nicole for her services.
