Going through an accusation on your license is possibly the most stressful thing that can happen in your career. It almost killed mine. Just wow!!! Nicole Valentine is truly GOD sent! I was convicted of a DUI with .15 alcohol blood test. I was unable to get it pled down to wet and reckless due to living in a state that's strict on DUIs, but she assisted in writing a letter to the California Board of Nursing and I followed the things ...she recommended. After a few months, I received a citation from the board with no fee which means no discipline on my registered nursing license. I can finally breathe.
