I cannot say enough about how impressed I was with Nicole. I have practice continuously for over 25yrs. My License was suspended, then later revoked. Infractions occurred in 2002. I originally petitioned for reinstatement through another attorney. Nicole picked up the case on extremely short notice a...fter my original attorney became ill and unable to continue. Needless to say, I was pretty discouraged. Nicole was not the first alternate I considered. However, she assured me of her competence in this area of law. She made quick work of familiarizing herself with the nuances of a pretty complicated case. After, we met to discuss her thoughts. What sealed the deal was that, unlike others I had considered, she did not begin our discussion with what couldn't be accomplished. She simply stated what her experiences were with similar cases. Then she asked me: "What Do You Want? What Is a Win for You?". I told her. Her response: "Let's Go For It Then!!!". I should add that I have quite strong opinions. My personality is "as a matter of fact, straight forward, in your face". Nicole is a Lightning Bolt. Her personality is similar. She picked up on those traits and smoothed those rough edges to help me deliver a more pleasant, acceptable presentation. She encouraged "my truth", all of it. Her coaching is straight forward and comprehensive. She pulled no punches in explaining exactly what she required of me. I appreciated that. I entered the Hearing prepared and somewhat calmed by her presence. She spent the time during the Hearing Prep to make it so. Because of her approach, nothing surprised me there. Long story short, my license is being reinstated outright; no further action! My advice: Practice well within policy and procedures while delivering recognized Standards of Care. Nicole valentine helped me out tremendously with my situation. I was her first case that required dealing with the FAA and she swiftly and thoroughly began research. I can’t say enough about Nicole and her team! From the very beginning of this horrendous experience, Nicole helped set me at ease with her expert counsel, immense experience, straight talk, and humanistic caring. She guided me with my options and played out all of the scenarios for me. She gave solid... advice on best course of action and told me everything I should have done beforehand to give us the best possible chance at minimizing impact. She dealt directly with the BRN and DOJ, taking a huge weight off of our family. Even her assistant was stellar, on top of communication, and was quick to respond. What an excellent team! She was able to secure a public reproval and expungement for the wet reckless case despite the BRN wanting probation. This would have forced me to undergo strict monitoring, restrict my schedule, and limit my ability to promote within my nursing career. It would have also made family life extremely difficult as the primary earner. Nicole was able to save not only my career, but my ability to provide for my family, as well as my ability to continue to help heal and serve our community. I simply couldn’t breathe if I couldn’t be a nurse! It is who I am to the core, I believe Nicole saw that, and worked diligently to ensure I could continue to fulfill my life’s purpose despite a terrible mistake and choice I made. Thank you so much Nicole and team for caring about my family and I and literally saving our lives! We will forever be indebted to you and eternally grateful!

Nicole was the greatest! I was in a pickle and she got me out of it real quick !After talking to a few lawyers and getting no where I discovered her. What should’ve been a long process got resolved quickly and promptly ! She was there every step of the way and always got back to me super quick with ...any questions I had! 10/10 recommend !

Nicole was amazing. I hired her for license defense against the CABRN and CAEMSA and she helped me avoid formal discipline from both agencies. I received a citation after a wet reckless offense. The entire process took almost 2 years because the board moves so slow. It was concerning, I was worried t...hey were doing a formal investigation and planning to put me on probation. I often reached out to Nicole who would contact the board and follow up with me about the status of my case. She helped me through the anxiety and worry and I was able to keep my peace of mind. Turns out the board just took forever to get a copy of police reports. In the end, all was well, only a citation! No probation!
