Wow! Great communication between Nichole and her team. She did such an amazing job! I’m an RN getting my doctorate degree in anesthesia and she took care of everything leaving me stress free. Nicole is hands down the best attorney I could have ever asked for! A couple years ago, I made a huge mistake and I was ultimately charged with a DUI. On top of the fact that I was extremely upset with myself over the whole situation and nervous about the court process, I was terrified about the idea... of my pharmacist license being disciplined and I had no idea what the next steps of my life would look like. I had worked so hard for so many years to become a pharmacist and I was terrified at the thought that I may have my license suspended/revoked. My criminal defense attorney, who was extremely helpful with the criminal proceedings, advised me to reach out to an experienced professional license defense attorney to help me with the licensing side of this process. That's when I reached out to Nicole -- the best decision I could have ever made for my case. Nicole handled my case with tremendous care and consideration, and she helped me SO much with every step of the process. Initially, Nicole wrote a collateral consequence letter for my criminal defense attorney, which ultimately helped get my case reduced to wet reckless driving! This was a huge initial success for the criminal proceedings, but there was still the licensing side to handle. After the final court hearing, Nicole then helped me compile all of the documents I would need and organized them into a packet that she sent to the pharmacy board in a very timely manner. If it weren't for Nicole and her amazing expertise in the matter, I would have been doomed at this point because there were a lot of different documents that needed to be sent and I honestly would not have even thought of some of them. After some time had passed, my case was ultimately dismissed and Nicole immediately helped me report the dismissal of my case to the pharmacy board. After what felt like an eternity of waiting, coupled with lots of anxiety and uncertainty, the case was ultimately closed and the end result was no discipline!!! This was the best news I could have ever received and I finally feel like I can breathe again! There were so many times throughout this process where I had questions, felt stressed, and didn't know what to do, and Nicole and her team were there for me every single time. I am a physician and received a complaint from medical board of California on behalf of a parent whose child was given wrong vaccines by medical assistant who failed to review my correct orders in EMR. Of note, I work for a big organization and training of medical assistants in not my job responsibil...ity as I do not own the clinic. Fortunately, the complaint case was closed without any further action needed in my case. Niclole Valentine did an excellent job in representing my case and explaining to the board how the error committed was not a result of my incompetence but highlighted some operational issues in clinic where extra steps needed to be taken to ensure patient safety. She also did a fabulous job in explaining to board how clinic had taken remediation steps to prevent errors in future. You are responsible for being completely honest with her and provide her all possible and necessary supporting documentation to represent your case. She is easy to communicate with and is very honest with you. Overall, I am very grateful and satisfied that I used her services and would definitely recommend her other medical professionals.

I cannot say enough about how impressed I was with Nicole. I have practice continuously for over 25yrs. My License was suspended, then later revoked. Infractions occurred in 2002. I originally petitioned for reinstatement through another attorney. Nicole picked up the case on extremely short notice a...fter my original attorney became ill and unable to continue. I entered the Hearing prepared and somewhat calmed by her presence. She spent the time during the Hearing Prep to make it so. Because of her approach, nothing surprised me there. Long story short, my license is being reinstated outright; no further action! My advice: Practice well within policy and procedures while delivering recognized Standards of Care.
