Calling Nicole was the best thing I ever did. I was convicted of a DUI February 2015. October 2015 the Board of Nursing contacted me for detials, I had to demonstrate that this was an isolated event in order to avoid probation. Nicole was very knowledgeable about what the board wanted and what to exp...ect. She walked me through the whole process and always responded to my questions and concerns right away. She reviewed my letter to the board and the letters from my managers, charge nurses, coworkers, and friends. She helped me put together my supporting documents, and also got me an extension from the board after I wasn't able to get all my letters by the deadline. My DUI resulted in the minimum fine of $500, I couldn't be happier with my results. My life had been so stressful the last year thinking I would get probabtion, which would negatively impact the rest of my nusing career. I know the results I got wouldn't of been possible without Nicole's help. Words cannot express how thankful I am.
