Hire Nicole Valentine

Nicole Valentine was extremely knowledgeable and professional in her expertise in legal law matters. She helped me tremendously with maintaining my professional license and keeping my job. Through working with her she did everything possible to strive for the best possible outcome. I was very plea...sed with her concerns in my matter at hand and her thoroughness in her work. I definitely recommend Nicole should you find yourself needing to retain a lawyer. Great work Nicole.

Miracle Worker

I am a nurse who got into deep legal trouble that not only threatened my license but also my freedom. I have never been more scared than I was the day I got a voicemail from a detective from the LA Sheriff’s Department. I knew why he was calling. I had already retained Nicole for the issues I woul...d be having with the BRN. I was a basket case and called her immediately. Nicole was honest with the possible outcomes but also explained to me things she could do to help improve the situation. I had multiple felony counts related to narcotics. Jail, if not prison, was potentially part of the equation. To make a long story short, in less than 6 months, I was being offered the sweetest diversion deal ever...no drug testing, no probation-only community service and a continuation of the treatment I was already receiving. I am a mother of 4. The idea of incarceration was very far off my ability accept. Nicole handled my case with not only with expertise but also with the best “bedside manner” a client could ever dream of. She held my hand through it all in the most compassionate nonjudgmental way. 6 months later I feel like I have my life back. I’m feeling stronger and better than ever and Nicole Valentine played no small part in that. I can not give her higher recommendations. I will truly forever be grateful to her.

Life Saver!

In March of 2017 I was driving home from San Francisco and was pulled over for speeding; As soon as I saw those lights in my rear view I knew I was in trouble, as I had been drinking. I was arrested, booked, and charged with a DUi; the entire time I was there all I could think about was how my life ...would change if I wasn't a nurse anymore. When I was released and picked up by my best friend (also a RN), she told me she had been researching all night, and found RN Guardian (RNG)! It was my priority to have a lawyer who understood how important it was to protect my RN license above all else. I spent the majority of the next day talking with Jennifer at RNG and crying. As soon as I was put in contact with Nicole (within 2 days), I immediately felt at ease. She helped me every step of the way and was always very very honest and realistic with me. March-Sept was the most stressful time of my entire life. I have never been in trouble for more than a speeding ticket! Never even had a detention growing up! Navigating the legal system would have been unrealistic for me, and I'm so lucky that I had Nicole and RNG on my side. I found out in September whilestanding on the curb at LAX with my best friend, (who has been with me since the lights started flashing), that I received a Cite and Fine from the BRN. I can tell you that we were jumping up and down and crying, and definitely making a scene! Without Nicole fighting for me and getting my DUI reduced to a Wet and Reckless (in a VERY strict jurisdiction), I honestly don't know where I would be. I cannot thank her enough for protecting my license and my sanity. Thank you Nicole and RNG!

Guardian Angel

It was October of last year when I received a complaint about my license and I received a letter that they were investigating me for that and when an investigator on behalf of BRN contacted me through mail. I didn't know what to expect but I quickly googled/binged about ways to defend your self in an... investigation from BRN and I was so glad I found the RNGUARDIAN website and immediately sent an email to Jennifer Coalson-Perez. She responded to me in a timely manner and after that my case was assigned to Atty. Nicole Valentine. Immediately after that I was contacted by Atty. Nicole, heard my side of the story and from that point on I knew I was in good hands. She listened to my concerns, gave straightforward answers and allayed my fears. She was open, give me clear advice, and even if we haven't met up in person, I knew that she was fighting hard for me. From October 2016 to June 2017 was what I considered "stressful time" of my life thus far but she was there to give encouraging words and those words she said "I am here for you" means so much to me. She helped me construct my detailed statement to the board, gathered letter of recommendations from my peers and co-workers and kept me up-to-date with the latest development of my case. Then a surprise came from my mail on June 12, 2017. I came home from work, I was so tired but once I saw the letterhead of where that mail came from my heart was pounding so fast. I immediately read it and it was a citation and fine from the BRN worth $500.00. I immediately sunk to my knees in tears and let out a sigh of relief in the end because the "most stressful time of my life thus far" came to an end. I would recommend Nicole 100% to anyone who wants a kind of defense that will help save your career especially from the BRN CA-one of the toughest board in the land. And from what the others have said about her, from being a hero to an excellent attorney, she is the epitome of a guardian angel for me. Thank you RNGUARDIAN and most especially thank you Atty. Nicole Valentine for that amazing experience that I had with you.

My Hero !!!

I don't even know where to begin. Hiring Nicole was the best decision I ever made. Not only was she able to have my DUI reduced to a wet & reckless...she was able to save my paramedic license! Nicole made this hell-ish situation manageable. She worked hard, and was always available via phone and ...email. This is my first (and last) incident and she did an amazing job guiding me thru the entire process...from court, to DMV, to state EMSA. I definitely would not of survived this whole ordeal without her. If anyone is needing a knowledgeable and hardworking lawyer who get things done Nicole is your one! She was also reasonable priced and sooooooo easy to work with. I seriously can't thank her enough!!!
