Nicole Valentine

In March of 2017 I was driving home from San Francisco and was pulled over for speeding; As soon as I saw those lights in my rear view I knew I was in trouble, as I had been drinking. I was arrested, booked, and charged with a DUi; the entire time I was there all I could think about was how my life ...would change if I wasn't a nurse anymore. When I was released and picked up by my best friend (also a RN), she told me she had been researching all night, and found RN Guardian (RNG)! It was my priority to have a lawyer who understood how important it was to protect my RN license above all else. I spent the majority of the next day talking with Jennifer at RNG and crying. It was October of last year when I received a complaint about my license and I received a letter that they were investigating me for that and when an investigator on behalf of BRN contacted me through mail. I immediately sunk to my knees in tears and let out a sigh of relief in the end because the "most stressful time of my life thus far" came to an end. I would recommend Nicole 100% to anyone who wants a kind of defense that will help save your career especially from the BRN CA-one of the toughest board in the land. Nicole was an excellent attorney in my case as she is very knowledgeable and committed to make sure that she does all she can do to help her clients. By the time I hired Nicole, I was depressed and overwhelmed with the previous ineptitude and incompetence of 3 other lawyers I had hired and fired and 7 consultations, not to mention the $10K+ I had already spent. The accusation against my RN license was for endangering public safety 4 years prior in... an auto accident. I had fallen asleep driving home after multiple night shifts. I also was taking prescription medication at the time which was considered reckless. Best of all, I have peace of mind and can continue to care for my patients without restrictions and the stigma attached to BRN punishments. The fine and lawyers fees are costly, but if you are able to read this review and hire Nicole first, you will save yourself so much money.

When I received a letter from the BRN about a complaint against my license, I was devastated!
